ok so there is a big confusion on how to do the super jump hack on mw2 to get the ice picks and im going to explain it all here
Tutorial:
First go to http://www.filefront.com/15181333/Jump-Hack.zip/
Press download(no surveys or anything)
Put the hack onto your desktop screen for later.
Now get a USB and plug it into your ps3.
Go to saved data utility and find the Modern Warfare 2 folder.
Open it up and find the file that says save game and player profile under the modern warfare 2 name symbol thing.
Press triangle and copy the save game and player profile to your USB.
Now take your USB and plug it back into your computer.
Open up your info from your USB.
There should be a file called PS3. Double click on it.
Then there should be a file called SAVEDATA. Double click on it.
Then there should be a file called BLUS30377-AUTO-, or something like that. Double click on it.
Now there should be seven files.
There should be a file called SAVEGAME. Delete it.
Now drag your hack from your desktop into the flash drive. Put it where the savegame file was that you deleted.
Now eject the USB and plug it back into the ps3.
Go back to save game utility and go to your USB. Your savegame and player profile should be there. Press triangle and copy it.
It should ask you to over right. Press yes.
Now go into MW2 and go to campaign.
You should be able to go to resume. (If you cant you did it wrong)
Once you pressed resume you she see people playing bball in the backround.
Now press pause and save and quit.
Now the hack is on spec ops and campaign. Everytime you turn off your ps3 you will have to go to campaign and press resume and save and quit when you see the basketball players and it will work.

step 2.when at the top of the mountain quickly jump up as shown on the video!
step 3.go to the main bit where the enemies are. you can get any weapon the ice picks will just be your secondary weapon. you can pick up and drop them!
